1. Avoid refined carbohydrates This is the most important part of the treatment.
2. Eat more protein and complex carbohydrates
3. Eat small frequent meals.This helps maintain blood sugar levels.
4. Avoid caffeine and other stimulants
5. Avoid alcohol
6. Stop smoking
7. Get adequate sleep. Sleep deprivation may lead to an increase in symptoms and/or the use of stimulants.
8. Get plenty of exercise. Regular exercise improves the body's ability to regulate blood sugar.
9. Manage stress levels
10. Take daily supplements such as:

| B Complex | for proper digestion and utilization of foods, and for the conversion of glucose to energy Zinc - needed for proper release of insulin |
